Creates the individual divisions of the object#. The divisions must already be entered if the division is to be validated based on the object type.

If this is the division that controls the object description, then when the description is changed, the object description for all objects with that division of object# will be changed also.

You can set custom fields that you want to track per object division. To do this, go into Settings > Object Tracking > Object Types > Custom Information  and select the object type.

Div Level: Select the division of the object#. For example, Company, Department, or Position. When the Div Level is selected, the list will be displayed.

Search by: Option to display the list in number or name order.
